Do you have a physical store?
As of the moment, all our products are showcased virtually through Instagram and may only be purchased through our website.

Where are your items made?
We love that you've taken a moment to consider where our products are made. In line with our commitment to support and improve the standards of our local leather industry, every misc. item is proudly made in the Philippines. #supportlocal
How do I place an order?
Easy! Simply add your chosen products to your cart and don't forget to input the initials to be monogrammed and name to be put on the complimentary gift tag and click “Add To Cart”.
Will the actual product vary from what is displayed on the website?
We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate images, however, do note that some variations in texture and/or color may occur due to the very nature of the leather material.
Can I order a product without a monogram and return the same item to be personalized at a later time?
We'll be happy to monogram your purchase. Please note however that any shipping fees incurred from the return will be shouldered by the customer.
Can I change/modify my order after checkout?
We process orders quickly, so we'll try our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations before your order ships out.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please send an email to hello.shopmisc@gmail.com or send us a direct message via Instagram as soon as possible.
Can I add items to an order I've already placed?
If you'd like to add item/s to an existing order, simply place a new order and inform us via email so we can merge both orders and reimburse any shipping fees -- if applicable.
Can I modify the monogram details on an order I've placed?
For monogrammed items, we can edit your order as long as it hasn't been hand stamped. For non-monogrammed items, we can edit your order as long as it hasn't been shipped out.
Can I order items in bulk or wholesale?
Depending on stock availability and quantity of orders, pre-order for wholesale items should be placed at least 4-6 weeks prior to intended delivery date.
What countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship within the Philippines.
How long does shipping take?
For non-personalized items, please allow 2-3 working days for us to pack and ship your full order.
For personalized items, please allow 2-3 working days for us to monogram, pack and ship your full order.
What are your delivery methods?
- Standard Shipping (2-3 working days) via LBC
- Provincial Shipping (3-5 working days) via LBC

What are your shipping rates?
- Metro Manila (via LBC) - PHP200
- Provincial (via LBC) - PHP250
Shipping rates may vary depending on the size of items ordered, naturally bulkier items / bulk orders may be charged an additional fee due to its size and / or quantity.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the shipping status of your order.

*Shipped does not refer to when the product will be delivered, rather, this refers to when the product will ship from the pick up point.
What are your payment options?
We accept payments via Bank Deposit (BPI and BDO) and GCash.
Do the prices posted on your website include shipping fees?
The prices displayed on the website do not include shipping and/or handling.
What are your terms for return/exchange?
misc. will not be responsible for damages due to normal wear and tear or change of mind, rather we will only replace item/s with a manufacturing defect which are returned within 7 days upon receiving.
How do I make a return?
If you would like to return your item, you are free to do so within seven (7) days upon receiving your order. Item/s must be unused with packaging intact.
Understandably, monogrammed items are non-returnable, unless deemed faulty.
What materials do You use?
We only work with high quality, durable leather, always carefully selecting and sourcing the best materials available.
Where do you source your genuine leather?
Our genuine leather products are made out of carefully selected imported calfskin leather bought locally but sourced from different countries around the world.
What is vegan leather?
An animal-friendly, leather-like substitute bought locally but sourced from different countries around the world.

As with everything else, your misc. item deserves some TLC (Tender Leather Care that is)
Here are a few tips and tricks that you can use to help keep your misc. items looking new for longer.
- To clean, gently wipe with a damp soft cloth.
- Avoid contact with abrasive materials that may scratch its surface.
- Minimize contact with dark materials like denim which may transfer its color onto light-colored leathers and vice-versa.
Foil monogram care:
Aside from fading caused by regular wear and tear, your monogram isn’t a fan of excessive rubbing and certain chemicals may cause the metallic foil to fade.
To help retain your monogram’s longevity, we recommend you keep your items away from any moisture or contact with abrasive materials that may scratch its surface.
Do you do custom logo stamping?
Absolutely. If you're looking to monogram your company logo or any other symbol not available on our website, custom stamps are available for purchase for a fee depending on size and detail. Email us at hello.shopmisc@gmail.com for pricing and more information.
How are your items packed?
Unless otherwise stated, every misc. order arrives in a complimentary embroidered canvas-drawstring pouch while kits come in our signature gift box.
Thinking of gifting your items to several people? Our pouches are available for purchase for a small fee of P50.
Do you have gift boxes available?
Want your misc. order delivered gift-ready? Have your order packed in our signature misc. box available for purchase for only P50.
