What are your terms for return/exchange?

misc. will not be responsible for damages due to normal wear and tear or change of mind, rather we will only replace item/s with a manufacturing defect which are returned within 7 days upon receiving.

In such instances where the returned item is NOT deemed faulty, misc. reserves the right to refuse the returned merchandise and will proceed with sending the item/s back to the customer at the customer's expense.

How do I make a return?

If you would like to return your item, you are free to do so within seven (7) days upon receiving your order. Item/s must be unused with packaging intact.

Understandably, monogrammed items are non-returnable, unless deemed faulty.
